Refund Policy


1. Refund of Payment Received
In case of refund request accepted, partial or full amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid. We shall deduct a minimum 30% of amount from total amount charged as refund charges in case of no valid reason for refund. If we are not able to process your application, then we shall provide full refund. 

2. Refund Request
The Refund will be only considered in the case where is a clear, visible deficiency with the service or product purchased from  Roadmax.

3. Cancellation of Application
You cannot cancel the application once applied on our website. There is no provision for cancellation. 

If in case you want to apply for a refund, then first you need to cancel your application and during the cancelation process you need to send us the OTP, and once we receive the confirmation of your application being canceled. We will proceed with your refund. 

4. Clarification About Application
If you have any queries about the application process, you can write us a mail at . In case we need any additional clarification about your Driving License application, our team will reach you by email or call.

5. Force Majeure shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of god or the public enemy, epidemic, pandemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force majeure event”).
